The woodburner was a great addition, keeping the cottage comfortable and cosy. It was perfect for relaxing on rainy days. The bed was remarkably comfortable, and the cottage was so quiet that I couldn't hear any noise from the neighbors or the road. The kitchen was well-equipped and easy to use. The views of the estuary and mountains were absolutely stunning. The location was convenient, making it easy to visit nearby attractions with my own vehicle. The cottage was also close to a train station, although it was temporarily closed during my visit due to track improvements.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

This place was seriously mind-blowing! The cottage was so homely and had everything we needed, including wine and chocolates – super thoughtful! They even left treats for our dog, which was a nice touch. The private, secure garden would have been amazing if it wasn't for the weather. But no worries, there was a free car park just two minutes away. The neighbors were so helpful, giving us loads of info on local walks. And Jas was always there to answer any questions. Can't wait to come back in the future! Pets allowed, no smoking on site.

I had a fantastic stay in this lovely little cottage. It had everything I needed for a few days away, including wine and chocolates as a welcoming touch. They even thought about my dog, with bowls and treats provided. The cottage had a private, secure garden, although I didn't get to use it much due to the weather. The location was useful, not on the main tourist beat but near enough to places like Barmouth and Porthmadog. The cottage was cosy and quiet, and the wood stove was surprisingly efficient, perfect for drying wet clothes. It was also great to have good places to walk dogs right from the front door. The neighbors were friendly and helpful, offering lots of information on local walks. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely be returning in the future.
Can't fault the property in any way.

This place was absolutely incredible! The cottage was like a cozy little haven, complete with wine and chocolates waiting for us. They even thought about our furry friend with treats and bowls provided. The private garden would've been amazing if the weather had cooperated. Parking wasn't an issue with a free car park just a short walk away. The friendly neighbors gave us great tips for exploring and the owner was always available to help. The woodburner was a game-changer on rainy days and the bed was so comfy and quiet. The kitchen had everything we needed and the views were breathtaking. The location was perfect for seeing nearby attractions and there was even a pub just steps away where we met the friendliest locals. This place was spotlessly clean and had everything we wanted for a fantastic getaway. We'll definitely be back!

The cottage was very clean and cosy, perfect for a relaxing Easter break. It offered everything we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen and a comfortable bed. the location was ideal, with plenty of attractions nearby such as Portmeirion and beautiful waterfalls. We also loved that it was close to a friendly pub and had free parking available. One of the best aspects was the wood fire in the cottage, which created a lovely atmosphere and kept us warm during the evenings.
Although the cottage had many positive aspects, there were a couple of minor things that could be improved. there were no instructions for the hot water system, which didn't work well and made it difficult to have a proper bath.

I had a wonderful stay at the cottage. The location was perfect, surrounded by beautiful sandy beaches, countryside, and mountains. There was so much to do and see in the area. I particularly enjoyed the power boat ride to Puffin Island, where I got to see puffins, seals, and nesting birds. The cottage itself was lovely and homely, equipped with everything I needed for a few days away. The little touches like wine and chocolates, as well as treats for my dog, made me feel really welcome. The private secure garden was a nice addition, although the weather didn't allow me to fully enjoy it. The neighbors were friendly and gave great suggestions for local walks. Despite the steep slope leading to the property, I found the cottage comfortable and cozy. The woodburner was a highlight, keeping me warm and providing a cozy atmosphere on those wet days. I highly recommend this cottage for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday experience.
Although the cottage was great overall, a little refreshment to the decor would make it even more exceptional and a truly relaxing holiday space. Additionally, caution should be taken for those with mobility issues due to the steep slope leading to the property.

The location of the cottage is ideal, with sandy beaches, countryside, and mountains all within reach. There is so much to do and see in the beautiful surroundings, including a power boat ride to puffin island and a visit to Conwy castle. The wood burner in the cottage provides a cozy atmosphere and efficiently heats the entire property.
The hot water system in the cottage doesn't function well and there are no instructions provided. It is difficult to have a bath and there is only enough hot water for basic washing-up.
